2024 - 2025 REGISTRATION
PLEASE REVIEW THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING.
The online registration link is at the bottom of this page. Please complete each step of the process below to successfully register for the 2024-2025 school year.
REGISTRATION CHECKLIST:
A player’s registration is not considered complete until:
- Online registration form has been submitted through SquareSpace.
- Registration dues have been paid or payment plan selected.
- Player pack has been purchased.
- US Lacrosse number has been renewed.
- Physical has been completed and turned in.
- Concussion testing has been completed and turned in.

TEAM STORE: PLAYER PACK ORDERS (REQUIRED)
Austin High Lacrosse will provide game day uniforms for the Spring Season for both Varsity and JV teams. Players are responsible for ordering player packs (link below). Orders will ship directly to your home. Players will have the option of listing a preferred number in the registration process. Coach Brennan will assign numbers before orders are processed.
Required player packs will contain every item that players will need for the 2024 - 2025 school year. There is a “Returner Player Pack” and a “New Player Pack”. Please purchase the correct pack to ensure your son has everything needed - players are welcome to order any items from the store, including required/optional items.
Please note that your uniform order must be submitted by October 18th.

US LACROSSE NUMBER
Every player must be a US Lacrosse member.
Go to https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership and log into your account to renew your son’s US Lacrosse number or to register for a new number. To renew, check the “needs membership” box next to your son’s name. Our league/program name is Austin High School Boys Lacrosse. His membership must go through May 2025.
You will need his US Lacrosse number and expiration date when you register.
AISD PHYSICAL FORM
Players must have a current AISD physical on file. If they do not have a physical on file at Austin High School for another sport, click on the link below to complete the physical before practice starts (DUE 11/3/2024). Once completed, email to Meredith Schoch at registration@ahsmaroonslax.org with “Physical - Player’s Name” in the subject line.
CONCUSSION TESTING
Players must have a current concussion test on file. If they do not, click on the link below to complete the testing before practice starts (DUE 11/3/2024). You will be prompted to pay first. The cost is $25. Once you receive the testing results, email them to Meredith Schoch at registration@ahsmaroonslax.org with "Concussion Testing - Player’s Name” in the subject line.
Note: Concussion testing is good for two years so if your son did testing last year, he is all set.
SCHOLARSHIP FORM
It has always been and will always remain, the philosophy of Austin High School Boys Lacrosse to make lacrosse a sport that is available to everyone regardless of financial means. This scholarship application form is your formal request for funding. Please complete this document completely so that we can fairly evaluate your request.
Scholarship requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis. The deadline for submission is October 18th, 2024.

Refund Policy: The Austin Boys Lacrosse Program is funded entirely through donations and fundraising efforts by our player families. All contributions, fees, and payments made to support the program are final and non-refundable. Our program budgets up front based on the initial commitments from families, and these funds are allocated toward necessary expenses throughout the season. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide quality experiences for our players and maintain the resources required to operate successfully. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support of the Austin Boys Lacrosse Program.
